Procedures and inspect details |
Sample examining of raw materials
according to corresponding standards. If the material
fails to meet the standards, it will be wholly returned
to the supplier. Meanwhile we will advice the supplier
to make necessary amendments.
Itinerated exam and inspection are carried out during
the production flows to ensure the best quality of
each item.
Finished product inspection: QC will take serious
and profound inspections and testing to the finished
products from outer appearance to the performance.
Problems will be recorded and get corresponding treatment,
if any.
